Pulse Global Enterprise Limited WarrantyThank you for your interest in the products and services of Pulse Global Enterprise. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Pulse Global Enterprise (the "Physical Goods"). What does this limited warranty cover? This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Pulse global Enterprise will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. What will we do to correct problems? Pulse Global Enterprise will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. How long does the coverage last? The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Pulse Global Enterprise is 1 year from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 1 year from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer. What does this limited warranty not cover? This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: ● Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship What do you have to do? Order Cancellation PolicyIf you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please reach out via email at info@pulseglobalenterprise.com or DM us via Whatsapp and/or Instagram. We are happy to attempt to reroute your order, but please note that all cancellation requests are subject to reroute availability by our courier and we might not be able to do so. In this case, you will receive your order and we will need the item returned to us, sealed and in pristine condition. Please refer to the order return instructions to begin the return and refund process.

What is Pulse Return PolicyQualifying devices purchased directly from www.pulseglobalenterprise.com as of July 25, 2023 may be returned within 7 days of the date of receipt of goods for a full refund and free return shipping. Any returns after this period will not be accepted. This offer is valid within UAE only. Orders of qualifying devices shipped outside of UAE will not qualify for free return shipping and Pulse's standard return policy applies. Qualifying devices include: Beoka Q1 Massage gun Beoka X1 (Cute) Massage gun Pulse Peanut Roller Beoka Leg Compression Non Qualifying Device(s) included: Ice Pod Smart Cupping To return an item, please email customer service at Info@pulseglobalenterprise.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase. We will send a courier with a return label within 2 days. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Standard Return Policy All returns are subject to validation and approval at Pulse Global Enterprise ’s discretion. If there is a discrepancy between the return policy and procedures printed on the original packing slip and the information provided above, the information provided above governs the return of your www.pulseglobalenterprise.com's purchase.

How Do I Initiate Return?To return an item, please email customer service at info@pulseglobalenterprise.com and provide the following information: Order number, located on your confirmation email Email and/or first and last name associated with your purchase Device model, if applicable Serial number, if applicable Reason you'd like to return your product(s) The returns process after initiation: Once you obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase. We will send a courier with a return label within 2 days. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed. Additional delays may occur during peak operations. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed. After we issue the refund, please allow up to 10 business days for it to reflect in your original method of payment. Refunds for returns apply to the purchase price of the item(s) only. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping and handling charges unless the return was a result of our error, a qualifying device under Pulse Global Enterprise’s 7-day warranty or subject to the Pulse Global Enterprise Limited Warranty. Return requests must be received by Pulse Global Enterprise within 7 days of purchase. Only authorized returns will be processed.

How Credits are RefundedIf the product is returned in accordance with this Return Policy, Pulse Global Enterprise will credit your original form of payment you used to make the original purchase and any applicable taxes (excluding shipping and handling charges unless otherwise specified). You shall be informed by Pulse via email once the refund process has been initiated from our side. The time it will take for the amount to be credited on your bank account will depend on your bank. Kindly contact your bank for any inquiries regarding this matter.
